Q. WHY IS WHAT I WANT SOLD OUT?

A: We are just starting out, please be patient as we work to keep products in stock 24/7/365.   We'll re-stock as fast as we can.

Q. HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Q: CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

A: At this time we are only able to process orders via our website or via direct email - Sales@WeAre-NERD.com.

Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A: As little as possible, we will use either UPS or USPS depending on which method will result in the least expensive means of shipping.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Orders generally ship within 48 hours of being placed, but processing can take up to 3 business days. U.S. orders may ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on location and the item(s) ordered. For U.S. orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. International orders ship via USPS and can take 2-3 weeks.

Q: DOES [NERD] SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes, we will ship apparel and accessories only. Sorry no weapons/knives or any other ITAR regulated product.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A. We are trying to make returns as easy as possible. If you have a problem with any of our products, please email us at Sales@WeAre-NERD.com, include you name, address, telephone number and order number for us to easily track the sale and process a refund. Refunds do not include shipping charges. We do not accept returns on any closeout items. 

Q: WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

A:

  • - Items delivered within 30 days.
  • - Unworn.
  • - All tags attached.
  • - Package must be intact.
  • - Unused products.

Q: WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

A:

  • - Items marked as closeout or are in the closeout section of the website.
  • - Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • - Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • - Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason of return.  This is at the sole discretion of [NERD]

Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?

A: Nope, sorry. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on markdown merchandise. These items are final sale.

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

A: Of course we will let you exchange items!  The best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you’d rather have, and return the original order.  Please email us at Sales@WeAre-NERD.com and include your full name, address, telephone number and order number so we can watch for the item. We have limited quantities of our products, so we suggest placing the new order as soon as possible to ensure availability once your return arrives. All sales are final on discounted merchandise or closeout product.

Q: WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

A: Click FORGOT PASSWORD. Enter the same email address you signed up with and we will send you a link to reset your password. It is that easy we promise.

Q: HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MAILING LIST?

A: Simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of any of our emails. If that doesn’t work, email us at Sales@WeAre-NERD.com and be sure it is from the same email address you subscribed to our mailing list with and we will remove you from the list within 72 hours. 

Q: DO I REALLY NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH [NERD]?

A: No, but you should, this will enable you to make future purchases much easier and allow us to process your order even faster!

Q: HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR CLOTHING ITEMS?

A: We recommend washing in cold water, hang dry or tumble dry on the lowest setting. 

 

 

Q: WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of [NERD].  Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, incorrect/improper usage or neglect are not eligible for return.
